AMC
The combined team effort jointly with the customer to set up a fully functioning food and dairy plant with the scope matrix agreed is a paramount task. It gets even more challenging when we achieve perfection amidst hardships. We at RPM, are passionate to spectate the end results and without a doubt, extremely proud when end reality matches with what we jointly envisaged the vision of the plant to be. It is very much applicable in the case of individual components or equipment’s too. RPM reinitiates the hand holding process in the form of an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) where we support the customer with after sales and service at economical cost structure so as to prep the end customer to avoid unprecedented situations. AMC is not merely a revenue generation scheme at RPM, rather it requires dedicated round the clock service support staffs, in most cases well qualified engineers equipped with necessary tools, spares (if available) and having technical know-how to support the end customer in the best way possible so as to attain normalcy of the plant / equipment / component which could be put to use again. With recent technological advancements, very many solutions have been successfully delivered over phone / video calls and online connections.

Along with the AMC, RPM offers to support end customers prepare corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance schedules, spares planning and inventory management of critical spares. Audit programs and training can be organized to help support customer with maintenance planning and report generations for future audit purposes. RPM’s sole purpose is to ensure continuous success with the plant total life cycle being maintained in top quality
Consultancy

Turnkey Solutions
From an individual equipment manufacturer, RPM has evolved into a turnkey solution provider so as to bring about single point accountability to enable single window customer interaction. Though the stakes are high, and risks are higher, RPM has grown to become a power house in engineering design and project execution. One of the pillars of strength for RPM is its diverse and reputed vendor support on outsourced equipment / components.
For successful projects to be executed turnkey projects, an organization requires significant knowhow on core subject areas such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and to a large extent basic civil and geography as well. A digital or physical library of standards, design references and software backing for enabling successful holistic design would be essential. Over the years, RPM has groomed itself and built on its technical and design engineering credentials resulting in large data base built as a platform for future of its organization to sustain.
With no differentiation made in the size or scope of the project, RPM stands by the side of the end customer to work hand in glove for offering turnkey solutions barring civil works inclusive of building architecture.
